Refer any group benefits case with 10+ covered lives up to 1,000+ covered live) and earn 1/2 of the net monthly commissions as earned.  Whatever I earn, I split 50/50.

We will quote, present, sell, install, service and renew all referred group benefit plans, and pay the referring partner agent 50% of net monthly commissions commission revenue.

Agents referring only 1 sold case/year will be paid 50%  for 12 full months.  Agents referring 2+ sold cases/year will be paid monthly for the entire length of the client relationship.
