Master franchises can sponsor the program for all of their franchises locations nationally at the exceptionally low cost of $1.00/employee/month, or each franchise owner can sponsor only their individual location(s) at a higher cost. All plans are available with direct bill to employees' homes to minimize any administrative burden. List bill options are also available if preferred.
This site can handle unlimited new-hire activity in all 50 States. Trained and licensed benefits counselors will walk every new hire through the site, sign them up for all free benefits, and then assist them in quoting and applying for various routine insurance and benefits plans. Employer contributions (if any) won't be earned unless an employee schedules a time and meets with a virtual or in person benefits counselor. Franchise owners decide if they want to include full time employees only, or also include part-time and all other employee categories.
