90 days prior to each renewal, we will reach out to our clients' HR team to assist with open enrollment support to present renewals, complete benefit guides, and provide compliance notices and disclosures. This option allows employers to stay customer facing with enhanced efficiency.
We offer free Online Enrollment and Benefits Administration services through Ease and Employee Navigator. We build out your current plans initially, and then we update your plans annually at each renewal. These services include full carrier processing and implementation support for new business, and open enrollment changes at renewal across multiple states and multiple carriers.

For associations or jumbo employers interested in offering a “free” value-add for all members and their family members living in any state, consider a SaaS (software as a service) subscription model for 21 Benefits. We assume a very low percentage adoption rate, and bill the group or association based on that low rate regardless of actual participation. The can then make the platform available at to all members and their family members year-round, at no cost to members.
