Small businesses with <50 Full-time Equivalent employees need greater selection and lower cost health insurance and benefits solutions. HVCC now offers this large portfolio of 21+ individual plan options for small businesses.
For Groups of 50+ Full-time Equivalent Employees subject to ACA requirements, our portal can either supplement existing group benefit programs, or can be offered exclusively for non-benefit-eligible workers, including part-time, temporary, seasonal, and 1099 contractors.
For Groups Large & Small facing above-market health insurance premium increases or who need dramatic health insurance premium savings, you now have an another option. Consider either a full-replacement or a partial replacement plan by class (perhaps hourly only?) under an Individual Coverage HRA model (ICHRA). Embrace the power of the ACA marketplace for the benefit of both your employees, and your budget. Each person can choose from hundreds of plans, with help from licensed agents. Simply ask us for more details about this more substantial savings option.
If we can show you a way to improve recruiting and retention with the help of 21+ attractively priced HVCC benefit plans, would you be interested?
HVCC has assembled a full portfolio of 21+ benefit plans available to ALL workers, including part-timers. All benefits are direct-bill to employee homes, so there is zero administration and zero headaches caused by turnover. List bill options are also available. These benefits can be offered to all workers, or can be offered as a supplemental coverage exclusively for workers currently excluded from benefits. Each employer decides if they would like to pay a portion of premiums, with no minimum and no maximum premium commitment.
Good News! In keeping with our long tradition of promoting quality healthcare for small business, HVCC now offers the entire portfolio of individual plans from both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network of Michigan. HVCC allows each employee to select the Blue Cross plan that best fits their needs. Choose from 28 different Blue Cross of Michigan plans.
This Subsidy Qualification chart shows that even workers with higher incomes often qualify for an ACA subsidy.
The ACA health insurance monthly premium will be calculated based on the following factors - (don't worry, our enrollers do all the work - privately):
Percentage of individuals claiming at least some subsidy: 97.26%
Percent enrolled in $0 deductible plans: 47%
Median Subsidy: $647.83
Average monthly premium after subsidy: $51/month
Percent of enrollees who qualify for $0 cost health insurance: 19%
Most enrollees qualify for some kind of premium subsidy
These statistics indicate that many individuals qualify for a subsidy, but many are otherwise unaware. By taking advantage of the HVCC small business plan, our enrollment team will likely help numerous individuals and families capture an ACA subsidy that they might otherwise have missed.
HVCC believes everyone should have access to affordable and quality health insurance. Our vision is to become the most trusted and reliable source for health insurance information and services in the industry. We strive to make the process of finding and enrolling in health insurance as easy and stress-free as possible. We also walk your workers through the process of seeking the maximum available subsidy on the ACA Healthcare Exchange - some workers may even qualify for a 100% ACA subsidy.
For employers willing to sponsor a monthly premium subsidy for specific products (optional) , we can schedule virtual education and enrollment meetings with every current worker and future new hire - both full-time and part-time. Enrollers will call or text all workers and invite them to a one-on-one enrollment session with one of 1,600 licensed and trained benefits counselors. For new hires throughout the year, simply provide the enrollment team the new hire name and cell number, and they'll take it from there with a customized text message from your company. List billing for at least one product is required for this option.
Our trained benefits counselors will then enroll workers in all free benefits, and will also assist them in selecting employer-subsidized plans, as well as any other employee-pay-all plans as may interest them.
Employers offering 21 Benefits will stand out among competing employers, which can help in both recruiting and retention. Employees, and particularly service workers, will appreciate the various benefit options available and can further benefit from our helpful benefit counselors. Licensed Benefits Counselors can help enroll your workers in several free benefits and private discounts, as well as assist in them in seeking an ACA premium subsidy for their health insurance plan.
