21Benefits - A New Direction for Benefits

21Benefits has been providing quality health insurance options to individuals and families since 2015.  Now Brokers nationally can create their own white-label version to serve an unlimited number of groups and associations and their respective workers or members.  Also, as a side-benefit of working together, you can be the only broker in town who helps your employe groups offer 21+ bill-to-home benefit options for part-time, seasonal, volunteer and 1099 contract workers.

For associations and membership groups with business owner members, we offer 21Benefits for groups of <10 enrolled.  For groups of 10+ enrolled, our sales and service team is available to handle all group benefits insurance business in all 50 states, and we will pay the sponsoring broker 50% of net commissions as earned - both first year and renewal.  For groups of 10+ enrolled workers, we will handle quoting, spreadsheeting, selling, enrolling, installing, all ongoing service, renewals, and will provide free access to an online enrollment platform for all group members.  Brokers can outsource all group benefits to us, or in the alternate can retain 100% of commissions/service in preferred states, and then allow us to handle business in their non-preferred states only,.  Either way, we will still pay the sponsoring broker 50% of new and renewal net commissions for as long as the broker maintains their white label partnership. State licensing required.

  Brokers can customize offerings to either capture 100% of all lead traffic into their inbox, or they can pick and choose which products they would prefer to handle, and then send all excess traffic to 21 Benefits to skillfully handle any products for which they simply don’t have the time.  

For a flat $300/month, we will create, launch, service and maintain a custom enrollment platform, including respective call centers, with your agency name, contact info, photo, and link to your email inbox.  Our platform  can handle unlimited volume nationally, allowing you to tackle any size group in any state.
