Open enrollment is year-round for all plans except ACA medical plans, which are governed by Federal Law. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) open enrollment period runs November 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025; thereafter year-round ACA open enrollment is available for those with special circumstances and qualifying events.

The Silver Plan offers everything found in the Bronze Plan, plus annual one-on-one personal benefits review and enrollment meetings -- either in-person or virtual, with every worker throughout the USA, and for all new-hires year-round.
For employers willing to sponsor a monthly premium subsidy for at least one specific product, we can schedule virtual education and enrollment meetings with every current worker and future new hire - both full-time and part-time. Our enrollers will contact all workers and invite them to a one-on-one enrollment session with one of 1,600 licensed and trained benefits counselors. For new hires throughout the year, simply provide the enrollment team the new hire name and cell number, and they'll take it from there with a customized text message from your company. List billing for at least one product is required for this option.
Our trained benefits counselors will then enroll workers in all free benefits, and will also assist them in selecting employer-subsidized plans, as well as any other employee-pay-all plans as they may request. This is an unprecedented service level for employees nationwide.

This option may be best suited for groups who have recently received an above-market premium increase, or who otherwise need to take more dramatic action for more substantial medical premium savings. if you are looking for a solution that is more strategic than “increase your deductibles and copays” then you’ve come to the right place. This plan is ACA compliant.

If your group does not save at least 10% in per-employee group medical insurance premiums by replacing your traditional group medical plan with the 21 Benefits plan (where base premiums are set by the lowest cost ACA medical plans available in every zip code in every state throughout the nation), then we will waive all future 21 Benefits access fees regardless of the level. (We have never had to make good on this guarantee, and we don’t expect to.)
Jumbo groups can choose a SaaS (software as a service) subscription model of 21 Benefits as a value-add for all of their members or workers nationally.
