Active Broker Partners choose to remain meaningfully involved in the development and growth of an association program. Depending on the opportunity, this may include:


  • Assisting with quoting and plan strategy

  • Coordinating with association leadership
  • Serving as a visible advisor to the program


Active Broker Partners receive a higher ongoing compensation allocation, reflecting their continued involvement and contribution.

HOW COMPENSATION AND ADMINISTRATION WORK

To ensure consistency, compliance, and long‑term program stability, 21Benefits administers association programs at the platform level.


This structure allows us to:


  • Maintain consistent carrier relationships
  • Provide centralized administration and governance
  • Ensure continuity regardless of leadership or personnel changes
  • Support associations with a single, accountable platform


Broker Compensation


Broker Partners are compensated through monthly direct‑deposit payments, issued on the same day platform revenue is paid.  Broker monthly payments are calculated as a percentage of platform gross compensation, and your payments are direct deposited on the same day as the platform founder.

  • No ambiguity around timing


Compensation is structured to align with each partner’s chosen level of involvement in the program.
