21Benefits is led by John L. Daly, J.D., LIC, a licensed insurance professional with decades of experience designing and administering tailored benefit programs, with a focus on governance, compliance, and scalability.

Prior to starting 21Benefits, John was an owner/manager of Daly Merritt Insurance, a Michigan-based independent insurance agency that was sold to AssuredPartners, a Gallagher company. As a result, larger and more complex member cases may access the Gallagher team.
